1️⃣ -BELTED SQUAT:Now being just 5’1 and the platform on this one is low, I had to try and increase the range & effect as much as poss. Hence standing on plates lol and also instead of chest more upright like a normal squat, I combined a ‘good morning’ (leaning forward, ass back) which gave me a better stretch at the bottom of the move (since I couldn’t go lower 😏)…I think the gym’s changing the platform height soon! Lol🤞It’s a great machine generally though!!2️⃣HACKSQUAT:Actually used this as a warm up.Feet high/turned out. Really focusing on glute engagement (esp as my quads were sooo sore from a previous leg day 🥴lol) . Such a great machine! Highly recommend .3️⃣GOOD

2️⃣- HACKSQUAT:
Actually used this as a warm up.
Feet high/turned out. Really focusing on glute engagement (esp as my quads were sooo sore from a previous leg day 🥴lol) . Such a great machine! Highly recommend .
3️⃣- GOOD MORNINGS:
I don’t go too heavy but really focus on the stretch as you lower. Good exercise for hamstrings and glutes. Putting your weight into your heels, back straight, hinge at the hips, stick your ass out as far back as poss 😄👌🏼 perfect lol.
I’d do maybe 3/4 more exercises with these on a glute/ham day such as:
•wide stride lunges or split squats
•Abductions
•Hip thrusts
•Hamstring curls
