2nd exercise, choose a position you feel activates your glutes tho most! It’s not about ‘for the gram’ & all that sh*t..
On this machine, sitting down didn’t give me much range in motion, you’ll notice when I raise up&forward the range increases.. so it worked better for my lil self lol! Just stick to what works.
3rd exercise it’s all about the stretch in your hams and engaging your glutes on the way up… great hamstrings lead to a greater ass ‘pop’! 👩🍳 👍🏼 🍑
(I like to add in wide stride walking lunges and kickbacks, KB swings too)
