always been a gym rat for as long as I can remember but lately these outside workouts have been giving me life!! 😎👙🌴

Long Band Side Lying Abductions
Adding my @perillegrade to kick this one up a notch! It creates more resistance as my hips push forward. I’m being mindful not to throw my hips too far forward moving my ribs and pelvis out of alignment (important when trying to keep my diastasis closed). Thinking next time I’ll slap my booty band above my knees to push the glute medius and upper subdivision even harder 😈

Deep Squat x Plié Squat
Notice how my feet rotate between shoulder raises. I’m using the plate to not only get a little shoulder burn going but to also get my deep core muscles to show up and participate in the movement. I’ve been adding in a lot more deep abs engagement to my regular training these days

Box Prone Abductions w/ DB’s
I have the db’s placed in the crook of my knees as I abduct 🙌🏼. I have shown this before with an additional booty band above my knees. @glutebuilder.official. “Brittanybox” saves you some $

Landmine Leaning Split Squat Variation
I’m using a frontal hold as I lean my shoulder into the plate. My body is slightly diagonal as I squat down and lengthen my glutes and recruit hamstrings. I chose to add in a mini knee drive as I also focus on activating my lower TA’s (transverse abdominis)
