Rafael Brandao Fitness Journey
In his Childhood, at the age of 14, Rafael was involved in different kinds of sports like soccer, Basketball, and volleyball. Rafael stated that he was too skinny in his childhood, He started weight training at his friend’s suggestion and end up falling in love with weight training. Before completing his teenage, He was unaware of the fitness industry and bodybuilding.
When he crossed 18, He got a chance to enter in this field, Rafael started focusing on his body more and build muscular body. At the age of 20, He started participating competition and debuted in his first competition and performed well. However, In the beginning he was neither sure about this field nor have any knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Rafael Brandao won both Junior and Senior categories in first competition and got popular in 2016.
