At the age of 14, Ryan started going to Gym. After 2 years of hard work, He saw changes in his appearance. After that, he decided to participate in bodybuilding competitions. Rob Riches was his Idol and he admired him for his natural aesthetics. Before coming into the fitness industry Ryan worked as a Plumber and Part-time Model. Ryan trains himself 5 days weekly in Gym. He does different kinda workouts.
When he had a hard intense workout day, He make sure to have low-intensity Cardio. Exercises like Wide-grip pull-ups, Deadlifts, Machine shoulder press, Dumbbell front raise, Squats, leg press, leg extension, Hamstring kill, walking lunges, calf raises, and Tricep dips, plank, sit-ups, and much more are included in his weekly workout routine. His workout week routine looks like this-

- Wednesday: Legs Training Day
- Thursday: Arms Training Day
- Friday: Abs and Chest Training Day

Ryan takes 6 times meals a day. He generally follows a Caveman diet. His meal routine is as follows:
- Meal 1 – Oats with Blueberries, Almonds(10gm) & Whey Protein(30gm)
- Meal 2 – 2 Granary Bread Slices with 3 Eggs
- Meal 3 – Tin of Tuna, White Potato with Mixed Salad/Vegetables
